Hey again, i have one more question! I take a nap everyday because i am anemic and i have a pretty bad sleeping disorder, if i exercise before my nap is my workout still going to be afective? I kno that usally exercise before bed keeps you awake , thats how it was for me it dont keep me from my nap i just need to kno if my workout will still be affective! Thankz <3 Ang

hey my mom is animic to and she take iron pills and then she is all better so maybe you should take those if you already dont.

Deffinitly! You can exercise anytime of the day. You will still burn the same ammount of cals. You might have a small problem with falling asleep though! Try working out then taking a warm bubble bath, then take a nap, you'll feel refreshed and fall right asleep!
