hey guys. i have a little problem. it is only 3:15 and i made a bad choice for lunch. I am eating 1300 calories a day, and i chose to use the rest of my calories for the day.so even though i didn't go over, i don't have any calories left today. i am going to exercise so i can have a few more calories, but does anyone have any tips on how not to do this again. it is my spring break so i am home all day .... and the kitchen is ALWAYS there!!

a good way to make sure you dont go over your limit is to sperate out each meal and make it pretty well fair. If you dont already, bring a lunch to school so that you can count your cal. as you amke you meal. Also, if you eat breakfest in the morning and make sure its high in protein you wont be so hungry in the day and youll have WAY less carving! if you need any creative suggestions on sume good breakfests just let me kno! hope i helped! <3 AnGiE!

find out side activities running walking hanging out with your friends anything that gets you AWAY FROM THE KITCHEN!!!! and not thinking about food also if you chew gum you most likely wont think about food unless you are really hungry ....
