Hey! Everyone who has a problem with figuring out how long to jog-- i figured something uot last night when i went jogging. I dont own a watch and i dont jog on a track and im so lazy that if it were up to me i woudl walk the whole time. SO what i did was every other song i would jog. Walk one, jog one. It was good, and it worked me out! I feel rejovinated (SP!)!!! Quick question- should i do this every night? is that not a good idea. It took me like 1/2 hour to do, little more. Ive heard the whole muscle needs time to rest and grow theory, is that true? So how often should i go joggin per week? THANKS!

personally i try and do it every day but breaks are good TOO the only problem with that is you said you were lazy i get that way too and if i dont keep things constant and take a day off it takes a good couple of weeks to get back into the swing of things
that running in intervals is SOOO GOOD FOR YOU just do that until your half way through your cd and then turn around and go home doing the same thing until the cd stops also when you get into better shape first start walking one song jogging one song sprinting one song jogging the next and walking the next and keep that up ... i hope you do GREAT!!!

Well if you can you could walk one, jog one, run one, jog one and walk one. repeat. or you can just go striat back to walk after the run, but runnung then slow jogging helps the muscle adjust better...i think....my brother(hes some kind of personal trainer but he lives like halfway across the state and we dont talk much because he ssooooooooo busy) told me that well the more you do it the more energy youll have and the more youll want to do it. So, sur ewhy not, do it every night or as many nights as possible.

its okay to jog every night, doctors recommend 30 min of aerobic exercise daily. the muscle theory that you heard applies to weight training. when you work out, you are suppose to work out every other day so that in between work outs u can rest ur muscles so u dont over work and then strain them.

well i think it is fine to do ur jogging every night cuz it sounds like u have a good plan and i might actually try it tonight... n e way just make sure u stretch really good at least 10 min before and after so ur muscles dont get tence and u dont get shin splints they hurt like a mo fo.... try jogging 3-5 times a week but dont get stuck to walk one jog one every week change it to walk 1 jog 2 then so on intll you dont need the walk and you can just jog i lost a lot of weight jogging and i could jog 25 mins the only thing was that gym stoped and i didnt want to jog by myself
