i am very overweight..so i decided to sign up for the track team...it may have sounded like a bad idea at the time but i am really glad i did it...if u try to run by yourself and u dont feel like runnin most of the time u just wont run..but my coaches really pushed me to run and not give up..and it worked..i lost 25 pounds bcuz i ate healthy and i ran everyday..even tho a sports team sounds bad try it..the pay off is great!

my coaches dont push me too hard which i find really bad do you have any advice on how to push yourself because i normally get a cramp after the first mile and if im in the mood to run i can push past it but yeah sometimes i just run because i have to and i dont really push my self so do you have any ideas im trying to run ten miles aday during my spring break it officialy starts monday but im preparing for it starting today and i tried to run two miles but after the first one i got a cramp and gave up and started power walking so that made me mad that i didnt push my self hard enough but i have a really good plan for tomorrow but if you have any advice id love to hear it...

im on the track team im trying to reduce my time because right now my mile time is like 8 minutes something andthat is really BAD what events do you run im on the distance and in our next competition im gonna run the mile and the half mile well im really interested to hear about what your doing and that is absolutely GREAT that you lost 25 pounds im trying to lose about twenty ... well please respond and youve been doing excellent..
