I recently lost 15 lbs but i still have alot of extra fat on my stomach and thighs which i can't seem to lose. I was wondering if anyone knew of any exercizes (other than crunches bcuz those aren't really working) that would help me. thanks!

Try doing some differnt streches and increase you flexablity..and try gettin you self into sum tumbling. if you can do a back walk over or ne thing like that. . .its really really good exercise.. and if you cant do one. . try working at it till you can . . cause that will help alot to.
