hey every one i have lost a total of three pounds since last week YAY and im almost at the same measurements i was last year what i need is some ideas for different kinds of excersizes like crunches and squats because my muscles are pretty much use to those so i need to find something that is challenging for them, and different so im targeting the same muscles but in a different way do you guys have any ideas ..... if you do please share and give a description on how to do them because ive just been looking for some on the internet and i havent really found any that make sense...
Reply from samantha, Age 14 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx congrats! you might like taking a pilates class, but if that isn't an option, try: (i'm not sure what its called), but you lay on your back, raise your shoulders and head a little of the ground and raise your legs into the air (your body should be in a V shape) pump your arms and hold the position controlling your abs... another one that works is getting in the same V shape, but slowly lifting and lowering your legs (w/o resting them on the ground) its difficult but gradually gets easier.
