ok, right now im 74kg, which is right in the top of my healthy weight range (53-78kg) so my goal is to get downto 60kg, which is a little more then 130lbs, but thats not really what Im concerned about. Cuz i want to tone more then to weigh less, so if igain weight, but its muscle weight, then thats fine. Anyway, its like it have a layer of fat around every part of my body, cept my head and neck. And i dont know if i should try to loose that with diet, or if just toning will do it. Is there anyway to tell? OH, and y pair of pants of mine that are like size14 will no longer stay up, they fall completely off! YAY!

Good job, some of my clothes are like that too, its awesome! You should combine diet and excersize. Like 1200-1500 a day and if you must 2000. But, if you have 2000 you need to excersize more than you normally would. Do a lot of running and jogging and also weight train. that layer of fat will come off with diet and cardio excersize and if you want tone your gonna have to do crunches too ... here are some tips to make things easier
1. have three dairy products a day no more no less preferably nonfat or low fat
2. eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies doesnt matter how many just a TON!! lol
3. make sure you eat protein..not hot dogs and stuff like that because those are processed meats that are nasty!!!
4. WATER LOTS AND LOTS just dont drink too much or you can get really sick *too much is like two gallons a day *
5. Excersize!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cardio is great just keep running dont worry about life being too hectic running relieves stress... well good luck!!!

oh and i just moved and im gonna move again soon, like in a week or something, so i havent been running cuz life hasbeena bit hektic.
