i'm wondering something. everywhere on this site i see people commenting on the excercise that they have done that day. in a week how much cardio, weight training, and flexibility training should i be doing. i am 5"3 and i weigh 170 lbs. thanks (if you know of any cardio that i could possibly do in my home without a machine, like on rainy days and such.) thanks again
