to speed up your metabolism there are like two different ways but if you do them both thats great too..
you can excersize which speeds it up *you should be excersizing any way!!* and if you eat ever 1 and a half -2 hours that does it but only eat small things each time you eat like if you had a meal break it down by if you have a bowl of cereal have half now and then an hour and a half later have the other half...
the only problem with eating so often is telling yourself to stop eating...because if you eat huge meals every hour or so your gonna gain weight.. well i hope this helps..

um...there are more than 2 variations of speeding up your metabolsim. cardio is temporarily speeding it up for only 2 days(unless you're consistant) and building muscle is permanent until you lose the muscle. eating every few hours keeps your digestive track going and fuels your metabolism, whereas binging actually slows it down. eating fruits and veggies and more natural, less processed foods, speeds it up with your digestion because you're burning more cals digesting them than the amount of cals in them...there are more- but those are the basics, just good overall to know...
