I'm running out of time to lose weight for summer, so i just want to lose as much as i can. i know i may not feel comfortable in a bikini, but tankinis and boardshorts always work for me! i just want to lose as much weight as possible. im not even going to set a desired goal. I'm going to sleep during that extra hour as all of you recommended, but im going to do crunches after school. ive been doing them for a while, so i'll do 100. muscle burns fat, so getting muscle in my tummy will help. i get bored on the treadmill quickly, so im going to get my dad to blow up the tires on my bike. i love riding, and its good exercise. i'll ride on weekends, being its been crazy during the week. i'll eat a balanced diet, and i can only have treats on saturday. i'll eat within my point/calorie range no matter, everday. i dont have time for breaks in the diet anymore. that means i need to diet on passover, i will probably only eat vegetables all day until that dinner so i can use all my calories for it. for everything i eat, i must eat it with thirty chews. anything you'd like to add to make this diet more hardcore? lol. reply and tell if this is ok to lose as much weight as i can?

Hey good job but slow down dont worry your self about these things have fun do a sport during the summer time that way youll loose weight and have fun at the same time. ANd dont over do the exercising doing to much could hurt and exaust your body and your eating plan sounds great but you can still have a snack or two If you dont allow your body all the groups Of the food pyramid mostlikely youll fall back on your plan. GOOD LUCK!!!

i know, :-(, but i eat to fast and i cant tell when i'm full. i also brush my teeth after every meal... its an obsessive habit :-)

its kinda hardcore, see if you take 30 chews its bad for your teeth cos by the time you've chewed so much it will all be in your teeth and there will be only a little food left which also means you'll be more hungry. Just stick with the rest and ditch the 30 chews.
