this is what i ate yesterday, how do you guys think i did? breakfast; a bowl of mango and half a muffin, lunch; a can of tunafish snack; other half of the muffin from breakfast, melba toast dinner; 2 pieces of chicken, a plate a salad and fruit. I also did 125 crunches and three minutes of flutter kicks.
