this is what i ate yesterday, how do you guys think i did? breakfast; a bowl of mango and half a muffin, lunch; a can of tunafish snack; other half of the muffin from breakfast, melba toast dinner; 2 pieces of chicken, a plate a salad and fruit. I also did 125 crunches and three minutes of flutter kicks.

well dont eat a whole lot of bread , you can eat bread but just not alot.and you need to do more than 3 min of exeercising.

melba toast isnt really toast, its this dry stale bread stuff that you can eat a lot of for not a lot of calories. yum :-P

That's pretty good. But don't eat much toast that can be really bad for you!

thats great...BUT WHERES YOUR CARDIO?? that is what is really gonna help you in the long run just find a cardio activity that you like and do it every day for like thirty minutes! 3 minutes of flutterkicks is SOOO HARD! good JOB!!!
