Here's what I had to eat today! Breakfast: a poptart and a banana= 300 cals.; Lunch: a pizza sauce stuffed pretzel and veggies w/dip= 400 cals.; Dinner: 3 chicken nuggets, a couple fries, corn, and a peice of sugar toast= about 450 cals. TOTAL: about 1,150 calories.
How did I do today? PLEASE REPLY AND LET ME KNOW! ^_^

thats really good BUT, if u maybe substituted the pretzel for maybe a salad, that would be a great alternative!! DON'T GIVE UP!! UR DOING GREAT!

remember, just eating 1200cl isnt going to let you lose weight if those 1200cl are just junk food. Eat fruits and veggies!! i know, you have some peaches in there- you like peaches? Good, then eat them for breakfat instead of a poptart. If your body doesnt get the proper nutrition then eating 1200 cl really isnt going to do you any good.

Another thing--your food choices were horrible! Sugar toast, fries, chicken nuggets, poptarts?!?! Losing weight isn't just eating less (although that's a big part of it), you also need to eat HEALTHY. That was NOT healthy. Cut out all that white crap(pretty much everything you ate) and save it for a once in awhile treat. You can have a poptart maybe once a week or so, but not every day.

Weren't you the one who was telling everybody they shouldn't count calories? Hmm...in any case, you didn't eat enough. At a bare minimum, you need 1200.

oh I also had some peaches so my total is actually probablly about 1,250!
