i'm 5'9 and haven't weighed myself for awhile. personally i don't really want to know. but what should i eat in order to lose weight. i want to get rid of love handles and slim down my thighs. i've been addicted to chicken noodle soup lol and cutting out snacks/sugars. thanks in advance for any support or ideas. let be healthy!! ha ha

Have you heard the news, they said don't drink TOO much water, it can get you sick. Try alternating but don't just drink water the whole dieting plan

here is basiclly what you need to do.. instead of canned foods eat fresh like veggies and fruits but not too much fruit and replace treats with fruit and veggies are good to snack on and very very little calories and other than that eat some meat and try green tea and if your schuduel isnt too busy try power90 go to their website for more info im doing it and ive been getting skinnier and a lot more athletic and stronger its really good!!!

chicken noodle soup can have a very high sodium.. so just be careful..also just do some cardio my hips and thighs have slimmed down since i started running have a maximum of three dairys but no less then two a day and just watch the portion control through out the day and you will see great results also do some muscle training excersizes...

hey im having the same problem as you. Yeah aren't those luv handles annoying !Well I don't know a lot but I know that you should drink a lot of water everyday. And cutting down on candy and sugary foods. And make your portions smaller.I shouldn't be giving out info to people when I can't even do it ! lol... it's hard..but I hope it helps you...
