I'm back and I feel so great. I am now 138, I gained a little but here is what I did.
-Run in the morning
-Eat boil egg, toast,grapefruit, banana
-Play tennis after school for an hour
-Eat a snack which is usually a salad
-Do 10 situps, 10 pushups, and 10 crunches....i stated out small then add an extra 5 each month.

That breakfast reminds me of when i was in Dominican Republic and everyday i had that. lol i lost alot of weight when i was there on vacation i don't know why. Maybe i was just having fun and not worrying about food. I mean come on i was in Beach Paradise! lol that was 3 years ago.
