I'm back and I feel so great. I am now 138, I gained a little but here is what I did.
-Run in the morning
-Eat boil egg, toast,grapefruit, banana
-Play tennis after school for an hour
-Eat a snack which is usually a salad
-Do 10 situps, 10 pushups, and 10 crunches....i stated out small then add an extra 5 each month.
