hey you guys...
yesterday i had a track meet and came 7th out of 7 so i felt pretty bad about that because if i would have just pushed my self a little bit harder i could have possibly beaten this one girl but i didnt..but i did improve my time for the 800...when i got home i had been soo badly sun burnt i had a big headache and felt like CRAP so i just went to bed today i have been so sick because i was also dehydrated yesterday and the pollen in georgia SUCKS! i cant breath ...anyways lol i was wondering should i excersize while im this sick and if so what should i do for excersize because cardio is out of the question for right *considering i cant breath* well i would appreciate the help!

well you can give it a rest for a little bit because i mean if your sick dont push yourself over the limits you could take a walk somewhere indoors or if you have a treadmill walk on it something that wont make you breath hard but is a good workout

2 things now i can beat her as of 4/10 i ran a 3:17 and to improve beating her because you have to pass and go on the outside to indian runs hate 'em but still ever 100 m or so you sprint for about 20 yards and then jog...it's really fun to do it with a group (sort of ) except when i do it w/ people the slowest one runs a 6:03 min mile.

the exact same thing happened to me one girl ran a 3:22 and i ran a 3:23 (slow i know but for comparsion i know it was really slow and i finished 11/11) (remember 7/7 or 11/11 =1 right...lol!)

I just want to say, don't let one little thing put you down that will only make things worse. Just keep saying to yourself, I'll do better. And just think about all the positive things you've accomplished rather than things you didn't. If you feel ok, a good exersize would be to do crunches, and lift your feet up while you're doing them. When I do crunches like that I really feel my muscles working. Good Luck!
