Hey Ive decided I dont want to loose weight for a guy if he doesnt like me for who I am thatn he can just kiss off. I still want to lose 43 pounds. I really want to weigh 100 pounds. im 143 right now. I really dont want my parents to no either. Can anyone give me a diet plan to use also an exercise scheduele. Please help me. Ok, but about your goal weight, 100lbs is really tiny, unless you are right around 5 feet tall. How tall are you? Second, if 100lbs IS a good goal for you, still, 43lbs, thats almost 1/3 of your curent body weight, and i think any mother would notice if her daughter shrunk so much. So why not tell your parents, or at least one of them, whoever you're closer to. As for a plan. Try doing some kind of cardio (something that gets your heart racing) for about 30min, 3-4 times a week. Then you ca ndo other exercises that you find online or in workout books to target certain muscles-do those like every other day. and eating, use your common sense-dont eat porccessed foods, dont drink soda, eat an apple instead of a cupcake. I know its hard, but its worth it, right? good luck!
