hey guys!! im doing well on my diet, but i have a problem. I eat about 1200 calories a day.. but my problem is that I like to eat them in large amounts at certain times. Like in the morning, my breakfast is on average 500 calories!! thats a lot! I usually don't have lunch because my breakfast keeps me full and going. Then i get home, and i have like 500-600 calories right away, i don't know why but i need to stop!!! then i run for a little bit which gives me some more calories.. then i have maybe 300 for dinner. I need to spread out my calorie intake, any ideas? thanks!

well try eating a 250 calorie breakfast such as toasted bagel with some jelly or something like that then eat a small snack for around 100 calories or just a little bit more you should eat lunch around 300-400 then eat like a 100 calorie snack then dinner for around 300-400 it would be around 1,250 cals.

Try to find a lower calorie breakfast and eat lunch, so u won't eat after school.
