i had a bad day eating wise today but tomorrow im getting right back on track... breakfast im gonna have some cereal and a piece of fruit...but im not sure about lunch today i had a burger and fries (not good) and then for my snack when i get home im gonna have fruit and for dinner a small portion of whatever my parents have...please give me some tips on lunch i have a choice to bring it or buy it at school and if i should bring it give me some examples id really appreciate it thanks ~helen~

well its okay a day isn't going to hurt i mean i've had my days where i think i've eatin like a pig but i've learned to try and control myself i think you should bring your lunch i do some examples could be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but dont overdo the peanut butter just like a small spread or a turkey sandwich ham sandwhich you could buy low fat square cheese sandwich but if you use wheat bread its better you could buy canned tuna w/wheat crackers if your mom made something like chicken the night before put it in the tupperware and if your school has a microwave you could heat it up or buy those healthy choice thingys and for like the sides you could choose like one or 2 snacks with it like fruits,baked chips,carrots,granola bar,crackers,low fat cheese stick,rice cakes,dried healthy types of cereal not the froot-loops and those such try like the wheat ones and drink some water,diet drinks,or juices like cranberry juice,apple juice,pineapple juice,gatorade no capri-sun or Hi-C if your school has a menu like mine does see if they're having anything healthy that day and you could buy it

well you know we all have are give in days I mean I now I have. well here a idea take a sandwich maybe turkey or something I mean even a half of a sandwich would work at least that what I take for lunch and maybe some fruit. well there my tip.
