Ok so this is my plan ....no fried foods no white breads no junk food and only drinking water and of course alot of exersise i have a list of all the exersises im gonna do everynight but im not gonna put them its just like the normal crunches sit ups lifting weights and what not i dont noe how long this is gonna last without me failing
:( but im realllllly gonna try and I hope so bad that i make it to my goal ... at thee moment i am 177lbs and 5' 6" and my goal is 140 or a little bit less its quite a bit to go but im really gonna try i want to lose it mainly b4 I start 9th grade next year but theres other things id like to lose it for too ... like the formal dance at the end of the year for 8th grade and then im goin to the beach with friends in july soo yeah .... if anyone has any tips at all ..anything please reply to me thank you so much...

u wont gain one, two, or three pounds by eating snacks before bed, if they are good for u. but yea, most people recomend not eating for three hours before u go to bed. try reversing the order eat the serving sizes that u would for supper for breakfast, and eat a breakfast sized supper, u dont need a lot right beofre bed

Heres a diet plan to follow during the school year: Breakfast-
a peice of fruit and a bowl of healthy cereal Lunch- (bring it
to school) A vegtable a rice cake yogurt a sandwich (with meat
in it or a sub) then bring a healthy drink like V8 juice or water.
After school work out- run two laps around your house.
(If someone can help you this exercise might be eaiser.)Do
10 sit ups, 10 push ups, and 25 juping jacks, then you can
either do wall sits for 25 sec intervals, or you can do 25 sit ups.
week after week tou should increase your workout. When your
done with this drink water, but only a tiny bit at a time. (During
the day you should drink a total of 8 glasses of water) You cannot
eat for 45 min after this workout. If you do eat then have a fruit
vegtable or rice cake. Then for dinner have one serving of meat, one
serving of vegtables, and 1 serving of wheat. (Bread, bicuits etc.)
You should drink milk or water for dinner NO POP even if every-
one else is.if you have a snack before bed make sure its no less
than one hour. If you have it any time less than hour before bed
you will gain at least one pound probably two or three pounds.
After dinner if you feel up to it you can walk or ride a bike around
your block.
