hey.. Well im trying to loose weight.. this is wat i've eatten.. its kinda lot >.<
for brekafast i had a
Pice of whole whear toast and a grapfruite...
i then had a Big glass of water :D
then i had fat free rice (alot of it tho) and a Rib sandwitch..
I've had an apple for a snack.
What i need help with is what i should eat for dinner to balance my meal off?
and is it ok wat i've eatten??
