ok i have decided STARTING TOMORROW ( im already done eating for today...) i am gonna follow a nice diet here is what its gonna consist of...breakfast a small amount of cereal and a piece of fruit lunch- half of whatevers at school when i come home - protein shake.. dinner ( after i work out) - a small portion of what ever my parents make how does that sound to yall? anything i need tochange? if so please say so ...and sorry for posting so much

drinking water is Very important. Try to drink water instead of sodas which have lots of sugars and calories : )

Make sure you eat lots of fruits and veggies- like in your dinner. Drink lots of water, too.
