so i've been eating 1300 cals a day and excercizing (gym class everyday and one mile every other day) for two weeks and i've gained three lbs. I don't know if this is muscle or what, but its really agrivating! and when i tried to mix up my routine and run a mile and a half, i got winded really quickly and had to stop. ugh this is frustrating!

You should probally exercise more. Gym class doesent really cut it, unless you guys do a lot of stuff. And what are you eating on a normal day? Mabye your eating more because your working out more! Try to eat more healthy things.

I would, but i don't really have time to just walk... i don't have a treadmill at home so when i run, its usually in the park or by my house but i can't really bring my homework etc. with my while i'm doing this. but thanks for the suggestion

If you can't run the whole way, walk some. Like, walk for an hour or something.
