i was wondering if just by cutting out like all the junk food and pop and stuff out of your diet will you lose weight?? i knoe im gonna need to exercise to but i can't for two weeks i broke my shoulder bak in jnauary and i see the doctor eery few weeks and he told me not to do aynthing till the next time i see him in 2 weeks.
also im 5"6 and i am 210 and wanna be 160 by september-october

chelsea is right...even though you can't exercise or anything, you can still eat less fatty/junk foods to help lower your weight. if you start now, you will definitely lose weight, and you will notice it even more when you can finally do stuff again.

Yes, cutting out junk food like candy bars, chips, cookies etc. and soda pop will definitely improve your weight.
