ok, im 15 about 5'5" and i weigh around 160 last time i was weighed. i want to get down to about 125-135 by august. do yall think i can do it? im cutting out sodas and trying to cut out junk foods, what else could i do to reach this goal? && if anybody knows an effective way to trim & tone thighs it would be greatly appreciated if you would share that. thanks so much.

I think that you should add excersise! add about 1 hr of excersise about 5 times a week!

It is definetly possible but it may be kinda hard...
If you're tough, try south beach, it works good... but it was so hard for me.
Just cut out junk and excersize a lot!
Sorry... my advice isn't too good.
