Has anyone tried to eat like 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones? Like today I had an 8oz glass of chocolate milk (160 cals) at 7:30, at 10:00 I had half a sandwich and a sugar free pudding (170). Then I'll eat at 12:30, between 3 and 4, and then between 6-7. Does this sound good, does anyone have any tips? Thanks!

It might work...but that is harder to do like with school and stuff.

Those hardly sound like MEALS. How about having a salad, as a meal. Istead of a cup of milk. Milk is a beverage, not a meal.

I hate the idea of doing that. I lost a lot of weight by eating 3 meals a day, whenever I got hungry
