I think I am overweight. I look at calculators & ask my doctor...they usually say I am at risk! I am in the 140 range. I am about 5'3. I REALLY want to loose like 20 pounds & feel good about my weight! Before this school year ends...I really want to reach my goal! A couple of months ago...people told me I look like I am really losing weight! I lost like 10 pounds in a week! I really want that to happen again...it really did! I just cut down my food & exercised constantly! If anyone has any suggestions on all this...I would appreciate it! Thanks!

ive lost weight before but have gained it back.all you have to do is maintain yourself.keep cutting down on food and doing exercises.

So your saying that you lost 10 pounds in one week, but now that weight is back on? Exactly, b/c nobody needs to lose weight that quick!!!!! There is ur answer, try to be more reasonable.!

10 lbs in kinda a lot in 1 week! but u could lose 2 to 3 lbs in a week DEFINITELY!!
