Hey i'm 5'4 and I weigh about 160. For a few days i'v been waking up at 5 am and I power walk on the treadmill for about 20 min. then I do a bunch of toning exercises with weights and stuff till 6 am. If I drink a lot of water and try to cut out a lot of junk food do you think I could loose like 20 pounds? (my goal weight is about 125 but I dont want to set up things to high) Does anyone have any tips for me? Oh and I can only eat like a banana for breakfast cause if I eat more then that I get sick. and I think whats killing my diet is eating a lot when I get home from school.

yeah you have a really good plan. Man, I couldnt wake up at 5! I cant even wake up at 7 as it is! lol. That is good that you said you want to lose 20 pounds and didnt put a deadline on it. Because otherwise, you might get disappointed if you dont meet the deadline, or you may push yourself to hard to try and meet that weight! good job and good luck!

I THINK YOU SHOULD RUN A MILE, EVERY THURSDAY LIKE ME AND GO SWIMMING IF U LIVED NEAR ME I WOULD WORK OUT WITH YOU.
