hi my name is sarah i weigh 162 pounds, I am trying to lose weight. Today for breackfast i ate ceral,half a bagel, and organge juice. Then for lunch i had a sandwhich,a heath bar,water,and a few soy chips. For snack i have a few sips of a diet pespsi and nuts. Then for dinner i had veggies, lean meat, salad, and whole grain rice. Then i had a very small chocolate for dessert. I know thats alot and the chocolate is really bad, but i run track and i need the energy? Should i still eat less?? please respond!

Don't stop eating, just replace the high-fat foods, and the chocolate bar with something different. Try eating a few toostie rolls before you run track, I do it before I swim and it gives me plenty of energy, plus they sweet, but not very fattening.

it doesnt sound bad..you do need the energy for track, but i dont think youll lose weight very afst like that..not to put you down or anything!
