Hey, I've recently been trying to lose some weight. I'm about 5'7 and about 170 lbs. In the morning I eat either a muffin, or I have a bowl of cereal..usually Cheerios. Then for lunch I eat a plain bagel. I also have gym at school. Then I come home and eat a turkey sandwich. Then for dinner it's whatever the mom makes. But, I eat less for dinner than I did before, I eat about half of what I used to eat for dinner. I have totally cut soda out of my diet, and I don't really drink juice. I don't eat sweets or junk food. Every night I run about 2 miles on the treadmill. With all this in mind, about how much weight could I lose by September?

Hey, My situations really similar to yours. Im really trying to trim down before School starts up again in Sept. I dont really have an answer to your question but...Bravo for trying to accomplish your goal.

If you took out that sandwitch snack after school and replaced it with something with less calories, then you could loose a great ammount of weight by September.

You could lose a few pounds per week easily, and more if you keep up the exercise every day.
