hey guys! well today this is what i had. Please give me suggestions on what i need to eat more of or less of!! Thanks! breakfast- bagel with low fat strawberry butter lunch- 4 mini corndogs, skim milk, lettuce, and some tator tots (i know, like almost all of that is bad but that is what they served and I only had a little bit.) dinner- a pb&J sandwich with a diet coke. plus all during the day i drank water and I had track, then had to help coach little kids track, then had softball for 2 hours.

whatever u do .. dont ever eat a pb&j sadwich ever again it is horrible for u full of fat carbs and calories.. dont eat after 8:00 and u will be fine

For all the exercise you seemed to have gotten, you ate really well. You need at least some carbs, not sure if tator tots, corndogs, and bread is the best, but other than that you did good.
