I did pretty good today: Breakfast (10AM) I ate 6-7 medium-large strawberries, 1 tbl spn low fat whipped cream, 1 1/2 serving skirt steak, 1/2 serv of spanish rice, 1 pita (to put the steak and rice in) and a Diet Cherry Coke (okay, not the best beverage.)
Lunch 2:15pm 1/2 cup (or less) French Vanilla Ice Cream, 1 pita, 1 1/2-2servings skirt steak, 1/2 serving of spanish rice, not even a full half serving of french fries. Okay, yeah ..that's not so great, because all that put together i around 800-1,000 calories ..BUT.. I danced for 1hr 1/2 which equals a grand total LOSS of: 683 calories. :D So, all in all I didn't do too bad. Tomorrow I'll be mowing the front lawn and then hopefully if the day goes well (meaning the weather cooperates with me) I'll go on a walk with my boyfriend.

Hey, yea it's a good idea to eat a big breakfast because you won't be as hungry for the rest of the day and studies show that people gain weight more easily when they don't eat breakfast. I'm glad to see you're a dancer :) Me too! I love it. That's actually why I'm here... I'm the biggest girl in my dance classes so I want to lose some weight. Anyways keep up the good work. A few days ago I checked my weight ..I had gone up to 223. ..Good Lord.
Anyways, over the past few days I've been dancing anywhere between 1 1/2 - 2 hours ..today i danced for 2 hours. Yesterday, I checked my weight again ..I'm done to 216. Evidently I'm consuming too much sodium because that had to have been water weight.
Today I ate 1 1/2 sausage/mushroom deep dish pizza, 1 1/3 polish sausage ..but by dancing I lost a total of -912 calories (so says the calorie counter I use.) therefore, I should only have around 400-500 calories in my system. I haven't eaten past 9pm in almost a week yet and just by doing that has kept my weight going down. Tomorrow, I'm going to mow the lawn if it doesn't rain and then I'll dance later on for around 1 1/2 hours. So far, I think I've been doing great ..I think anyways.

jenn. you don't know what you're talking about. each person needs a certain amount of calories each day. Plus, what she ate wasn't that low anyways.

u have to eat more than that. like 1200 too 1800 cals. it looks like u ate a lot for breakfast, just try to eat a little more
