Hey everyone
ive got a problem I LOVE RUNNING but my doctor said i couldnt run until i go to an orthopedic doctor to check out my knee to make sure i havent torn my cartalige too bad. so really i need excersizes that are VERY VERY VERY low impact on my knee here are some things i cant do i cant run, bike, walk for long distances, and any other cardio excersize that applies pressure to my knee also i cant do lunges, squats, leg weights, and other things like that. here are some things i know i can do swim.. my pool doesnt open until saturday and i dont want to wait that long so another cardio excersize will be great if you have any ideas also i can lift weights with my arms, pushups, crunches, flutter kicks, but squeeze, side crunches, back crunches. if you have any ideas on what i can do to stay active i will REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE IT

Maybe some walking? Or stationary biking?

Okay well first off, swiming is am aweosme exercise. You burn so many calories. So if you only need an exercise or two before Saturday, then you dont need to worry about anything. But I sugest doing pilates. It slims your body and theres no impact on your knese. Good luck and I hope its not a torn cartilige!!
