Hey everyone
hows everyones diet going for them mine could be better i just need some advice my problem areas are my butt, and my legs also my hips. Running doesnt do anything for my butt for some reason ...and i am at a loss for things to do to tone this areas up any suggestions would be great also im having problems with my left knee so i have to go to the orthopedic doctor thursday to check on my torn cartlige. right now what i have been doing is swimming for the past two days and then crunches ...please help

running on a flat surface wont do much for your butt but running on an incline/ hill will.

you might want to try weight lifting. a good book for that is toning for teens: the 20 minute workout that makes you look good and feel great, but you shouldn't do weight lifting until after your knee has healed. if you put excess weight on it, it could mess it up even more.
