Well, I am trying to lose between 15-20 pounds in 4 weeks, a month. I just really need some ideas. Today, I started my diet and exercise plans. I had eggs trying to get the yolk out, but no succeeding very well. I had diet dr. peppers and water, but no regular colas. For lunch I had baked chicken and I did have a pop tart, but that's b/c I had a low blood sugar. I want to do as low as carbs as I can and I want to know if that helped anyone else. I did about 10 minutes of bleachers at the school, two laps, and eight minute abs. Does it sound like i'm on the right track and if anyone thinks I can lose 15-20 pounds in a month, let me know how, thanks for the help and your stories are very encouraging.

sounds good. if youre trying to do low-carb baked chicken is chicken covered in bread crumbs and pop tarts are lots of carbs. if you want to lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks that means 5 pounds a week which means you mostly have to exercise your butt off.

yeah leah. that was like wicked wicked rude. fortunetly, nobody here is anorxic like you probably are. and she didnt even eat that much. so get over it, and just stop coming here if you just gonna be rude and such

That was like extremly rude leah.....you can't xpected everyone to do the best on their first week at dieting!well i don;t like u and ur extremly rude.....but anyway to the gurl who wrote that post...i think ur doing great and i t hink u can accomplish nething u want if u stay motivated and try hard! that is gunna be really hard to do, but i can def see losing like 10 lbs inna month! good luck!
