hey guys, ok this is what i ate today, brek : light n fit fiber yogurt and a mini wheat bagel with a thin layer of peanut butter. lunch: half a turkey sandwich on wheat, a pria bar, grapes and some carrot sticks/ cucumber. snack: 100 cal. pack (ritz snack mix)...also ive drank a ton of water. howd i do? anything to improve on?? ( im gonna exercise in a bit)
