hey lol i just realized i post like all the time lol..anyway, for excerise today i burned 200 cals. on the treadmill..which isnt really much..anyway, i heard you should burn about 200 a day if you want to mantain your weight. so i guess since i want to lose weight its still ok because i ate the amount to lose weight..right?
Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/18/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx haha oh yeah, and i had about 1,250 calories today. which limits my calories to lose about 2 lbs. a week according to how many calories is healthy to maintain wait (2,500 wow thats a lot lol i could never really eat that much without like having attack of burgers and fries lol) ((thats w.o excerscie)
Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/18/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx plus i had gym today...we skipped to laps around the gym, slid 2 laps, and did the grapevine for 2 laps. then we played capture the flag so i prob. burned atleast another 100 cals. for that.
