hey, i just wanted to say that i am 5,6 feet tall and i WEIGH 213 POUNDS. i would really like some goods ideas that would work for me because i start a diet and then instead of lossing more weight i gain weight. i have many problems with my weight. i also get really nervous and eat more or even when im depreased(which is like everyday because i get sad of the way other people are skinny and i just cant reach my goal of lossing around 50 pounds. can someone PLEASE HELP.

Should I state the obvious? Eat slightly less and exercise more. Don't starve yourself, but learn to eat moderately. Good luck!!!! oh - and if you want a really good workout book, Toning for Teens is really ql and so is Mastering Leptin for weightloss stuff. once again Good Luck!!

hey i know a program called power 90... this program is great for big amount of weight loss... if you follow the instutions and do the workout just 6 days a week about 45 minutes a day... you would lose weight.. it also garntues that you would lose weight in just 90 days... if you commite your self ..you would get the body you want and look great and feel great when u get to wear a bikini at the beach..

I lost a lot of weight jump roping for about 20 minutes at least 5 days a week. Try that and see if it helps.
