ok, so today for brekfast i had a kashi bar and yogurt (200 cals total) lunch: half a turkey sandwich, pria bar, broccoli (300 cals total) snack: 10 almonds (50 cals total)...and for dinner im having a mini bagel with cheese and a salad (300 calories total) and probably a skinny cow (140)...howd i do?? also im about to run on the treadmil for about an hour.

That's only 1000 calories I think. You need 1200-1500, I'd suggest 1500 if you're going to exercise. You actually lose more weight if you eat more calories becuase other wise your body is going to go into starvation mode and it will save everything you eat. *Ray*Ray*

WOW! you def need to eat more calories!!! Once i thought i would do really good and not eat but like 900 cals a day but i started to gain weight and i asked my doctor and he said if u don't eat enough cals then your body will turn ANYTHING and everything(and i mean anything *even salad*) into fat!! yeah so you Def need to eat more calories!
