OMG I've gained 11 pounds in one month. I don't know how it's possible but I've gone from 234-245 in 35 days. That's the most I've ever been. I can't believe it. I really don't want to have to go to the dr. for a physical because she's gonna tell me that I should be like 100 pounds less. I don't know what to do. My size 20 jeans are starting to get tight on me, like when I sit my gut just hangs over my pants. Help ME!!!!

sorry if this sounds blunt but, GET moving before your pants do get tight ok? just start walking jogging running, swimming, bike riding anything and then add in muscle tonning so you look great ..go through your doctors physical just dont look at it as a bad thing look at it as another place you can get advice be like what kind of excersize is ok for me to do at this weigh and stuff like that your doctor may surprise you and end up being helpful for dieting you know what is healthy or not and if you treat yourself once a week thats fine but if you cheat every day then your only cheating yourself well good luck and if you have any more questions to anyone just post

As for nutrition and all that, for the best "diet" or plan go to your doctor. They know you the best and know you're height and weight exactly. Most people recommend 1200-1500 calories...personally I think towards 1500 is better if you're planning on exercising. You really don't HAVE to watch calories though. Just make sure the to not eat too much junk food, don't eat too much packaged food...try to stick as much as you can to vegtables, fruit and meat. And just don't eat a ton. Eat one serving of everything you eat. To get the best results you have to mix cardio with toning. Cardio is things like walking, jogging, tae-bo, dancing, swimming, etc. You should exercise at least 4 days a week for either 1 hour (if you move at a slower pace) or 1/2-45 minutes (if you move faster.) It's better to walk for 1/2 on a treadmill at 4 miles per hour than 1 hour for 2 miles...even though you walk the same distance the faster one burns more calories. Toneing is things like crunches, pushups, lunges, lifting weights, etc. I suggest doing these things 3 days a week -- the days you don't do cardio. I'd do about 1/2 of it. A healthy eating plan and regular exercise is the only way to lose weight. Good luck! *Ray*Ray*
