Breakfast: oat bran topped with fruit (200 cals) Lunch: Tilapia fish + veggie stirfry (180 cals) and for dinner I'm thinking about a veggie burger, a salad, and some cottage cheese (250 cals). If I'm craving something after, I'll have a bowl of mixed fruit (100 cals). I did a 20 min tae bo workout as well. I'll probably exercise a little bit more later. How did i do? any suggestions?

you did good but make sure u get lots of fiber to fill u up so you won't be hungry. after dinner, try a fudgesicle. (cals 45)

ok, so i think arrons a guy, just a guess, in which case he has totally different calorie needs than girls. heres what i do though, u can try it to know how many cals you need. when you multiply you weight by 11, thats the # if cals you need to maintain the weight. so, if i weight 147, i woulf multiply it by 140, since thats a goal. thats the # of cals i eat to get to that weight (1540 is the #) then when i get to 140, i multiply times 135 and so on. my goal is 130, so my ending cal balance will be between 1350 and 1400 cals a day. good luck

yes. Realized that as well. Hey. I have no problem eating a little bit more. lol. I'm not really hungry though..

Definately not enough cals! Thats not even 800! Try adding in a few more calories because you are supposed to have around 1200-1500. You did great food-wise though! Good luck!
