if you ever have any questions just ask... dont believe or trust anyone who sais they lost alot of weight in a short space of time because that is not healthy and you will get sick. you should never burn more than 2000 calories per week if you are your burning more than fat.. no exceptions. eat healthy, plenty of fruit, stay away from cookies, soda, pizza all junk food practicly and just because somthing sais low fat dosint mean its healthy, usualy it has alot of sugar and vice versa. never ever ever ever starve yourself as i said b4 and eat when your hungry dont over eat a VERY GOOD TIP is to eat slowly around 20 chews then swallow to give your stomach time to digest wich DRAMATICLY DECREASES OVEREATING!! B HEALTHY AND EXCERSIZE! DONT OVER DO IT! IF YOUR FEELING FAINT OR DISY STOP EMEDIELTY! NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!

i totally agree with orcy! you need to chill out! everybody here knows its stupid to starve themselves because if they did starve themsleves Y would they be on a overweight website?!?! i just really think you need to calm down and stop reperting yourself in EVERY post! but i love you guys and everybody keep up the good work! lol

pizza is junk food if its convenience kinds like frozen of from pizza hut. but you can make it your self with whole wheat flour for the crust and use apple sauce for the oil (it sounds weird but its ok, it doesnt mess up the crust) use low fat or skim mozzarella and use low fat toppings like turkey pepperoni or ham, and load on the veggies. broccoli florets are good so is squash, and asparagus. but yea, fattening pizza from dominos or pizza hut is junk food, read the nutrition facts labels.
