I actually had a pretty good day...oh and to warn you, on the weekends, i have a big breakfast, but eat really light the rest of the day. So for breakfast i had a small bowl of cream of wheat with a little bit of low fat yogurt on top, and a bowl of special K (about 400 cals). Then for lunch i had a small plate of nachos (around 450 cals). Then for dinner i had a few pieces of watermelon and a big spoonfull of fresh, steamed spinich (no idea how many cals, but watermelon has almost no calories in it). Oh and I jogged for about half an hour or so and had about 6 glasses of water. Advice and comments welcome!

Well, if you think about it the first thing you eat is breakfast in a way, no matter what time.

Yeah i know! I don't know how people get to lunch w/o any breakfast!

its good to have a big breakfast everyday! it should be ur biggest meal!can you believe it? and some people dont even it eat!!.. the reason breakfast is supposed to be the biggest is because itll eneergise you and allbut also you have a longer period of time to burn the fats n calories duringthe day
