ok guys this is it. im so fed up with my weight its incredible. im 5'5 or 5'6 at 148 pounds. ive gained like 3 pounds in like a month! im so pissed and fed up with myself. i need to come up with a healthy food plan and excercise plan. I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. i want to come back to school next year with like a flat stomach and look really cute so guys will notice me and stuff. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?! i want to be losing weight now and all throughout the summer because i always end up gaining alot of weight in the summer. I NEED HELP OR PLANS OR ANYTHING BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY, I END UP GAINING WEIGHT AND IT MAKES ME WANNA CRY!! HELP

you aren't that much over weight. But i know everyone feels comfortable at the weight you want. Do u watch GROWING UP GOTTI? I do it is the best reality show. anyway, get Frankie Gotti's book, THE GOTTI DIET. It helps. also, try the zone perfect bar. it works. go to www.zoneperfect.com

summer is actually a great time to start losing weight. the weather is great, so there are tons more excersising you can do, like swimming etc. also theres a lot of fruit and healthy foods that are in season now. try pilates to flatten your stomach, and actually your not really overweight, although if you really wanted you could lose like 10 lbs
