hey guys, well..... i was doin pretty gd on my diet i started 2 weeks ago now n id lost about 7lbs but i totally screwed it up on saturday and sunday cos my grandad died on saturday n i was really upset so i suppose i was comfort eating. but, im bak on the diet 2day and im tryin had 2 stick 2 it except i cant exercise because i have something wrong with me just now which means i have a coughing fit if i so much as try 2 but im goin 2 keep taking the dog for walks as much as i can thts about the only thing i can do! so.... heres wat ive had 2day- breakfast/ low fat yoghurt, lunch/ tuna mayonnaise roll with salad on it, snack/ half an apple and some grapes, tea/ haggis, turnip, carrots and potatoe. (ive decided 2 just have watever my mum makes 4 tea cos i cant cook 2 save myself but im only goin 2 eat until im not hungry, not finish it all like i used to. do you think this is ok? plz reply x

you did good. just substitute the mayo, very fattening. sorry bout your grandad. i know how you feel and did the same thing.

so sorry about your grandad..i think you did really good today, but the mayo is kind of fattening so it would be better to have tune without it, but its fine since it was probably in moderation. also, you can burn a lot of calories just walking. it doesnt have to be really really physical. walking in your neighborhood for 1/2 hour is better than nothing
