ok, so i think i did ok today..for brek i had a kashi bar (170 cals) and a yogurt (70 cals.)..then for lunch i had half a tuna sandwich with no mayo (125 cals) some veggies (about 75 cals.) and quaker snacks (75 cals)..then for snack i had 1/2 cup of mixed berries..i no thats probably not enough so after i work out im gonna have another small snack so i dont have to little calories..does this sound ok?

Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/24/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx no, i dont add 700 calories later as a small snack. if you didnt notice dinner wasnt included in there. and 3 lbs. a week is not a lot, most doctors say 1-3 lbs. is perfectly fine. and i no your just trying to help, but im definetly not starving myelf

Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/23/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx actually katherine, i dont think i would be asking if i didnt no if i was doing ok. and i add more later, so i basically have 1200 in a day. and my body is not in starvation mode, im losing weight at a healthy rate (about 3 lbs. a week) and i no i only had a little bit in the morning but im eating as much as i cna without like dying of fullness..
Reply from Katherine, Age 15 - 05/23/05 - IP#: 68.100.185.xxx thats not healthy AT ALL, and u know it.. don't even ask us "if thats okay" because you and i and everyone else here knows that its not. you need ATLEAST 1200.. your not feeling hungry because your body is in starvation mode and saving every bit of fat that u eat.
