hey yall..i already posted what i ate this morning but im gonna write it again w/ my dinner and stuff..ok brek: kashi bar and yogurt (240 cals total) lunch: 1/2 a tuna sandwich, veggies, apple cinnamon quaker snacks (275 cals) snack: 1/2 cup of mixed berrys then later a 100 cal. pack (150 cals) and for dinner i had a low fat chicken cordon bleu and a salad..(350 cals) then im gonna have a skinny cow ice cream sandwich (140 calories)...so ill have had a total of 1,155 calories today....plus i burned 200 cals on the treadmill..i no many people will say this isnt enough but i just want you to no im always full..

and im not always full because im in "starvation mode" i feel like im eating plenty and im losing weight healthfully so i think its fine. also, im getting all the nutrients i need, and honestly if i eat much more ill be to full, no matter how many calories i have. everyones metabolism is different and for certain people different amount of calories are to much. actually if i didnt count calories but i just ate healthfully as much as i wanted id probably be eating even less..so there...sorry if that sounded like rudeish or mad or anything..im not, i love you al and good luck to everyone!
