yesterday i had an instant breakfast drink and a chocolate muffin for breakfast, 1/2 a code red mt. dew for lunch, and i had two starburst and 2 teddy grahams throughout the day...i know its not enough but im trying to get over being sick so my appitite hasnt come back yet...then i did abs, did 4 miles on the transport at level 6 or 7 and did 5 miles on the bike on level four fat burning and then walked cool down laps, about half a mile on the track..i miss the track season, can ya tell?? lol....im trying to work out and eat good just until sunday bc thats a big day for me!

if you did that much of a workout..you definitely need more food and healthier foods.

even if your trying to get your appetite back, you should eat fruits an stuff instead of teddy grahams and soda..i bet it would help you feel bettersoner
