ok so i did kinda bad today, but i triedme hardest so yeh... Brek-a bagel w/ cream cheese and fruit (i no the bagels bad but i havent had 1 in FOREVER) Lunch-whole wheat rost beef wrap w/ some mustard...veggies (no dressing), a few cherries and grapes, and a pria bar (110 cals in the bar) oh and water. Snackie-yougurt,water Dinner-i'm having chillie but my mom is making it from scratch and i'm goin keep my portions in check so yeh....no dessert tonight! Including today i hav gone 4 days w/o desserts!!! My dessert day is saturday!! today for exercise i stretgh trained for a hour (also like jumping jacks and stuff) okay so how did i do??

im so proud of you orcababe (about then o sweets thing)and a bagels fine to have, since you only had a little. the only other thing is that roast beef is partially fattening..but its not bad consideringl..great job though i love you!
