Hey guys. So how did i do today? Breakfast-Bowl of Special K and milk with banana (around 200 cals). Lunch-Turkey wrap with turkey, little bit of mayo, lettuce, and cheese, watermelon, and a slimfast snack bar. (Around 350 or 400 cals) Snack-Fruit salad mixed with some yogurt and water (100 cals). For dinner i'm gonna have grilled chicken and some veggies probably around 400 or 500 cals oh and a lot more water. Also i'll probably jog 1-2 miles today. So how did i do?

thats really good.. just becareful of those slimfast bars they have a lot of caolories for being so small.. i already made that mistake

Actually i'm right at the minimum amount...you should eat usually between 1200 and 1500 if you are trying to lose weight and really i'm always full so...

u need aminium of 1800 calories. eat a little bit more. the wiehght u lose now is just going to come back.
